Digital products

Auteur Shot publishes digital editorial tools for filmmakers, including guides, templates and related digital resources.

Products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Each product page describes what is included before purchase.

Personal licence

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing an Auteur Shot product grants you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the product.

You may use the guides and templates for your own personal and professional projects.

Intellectual property

All original guides, templates, text, graphics, layouts, branding and other materials published by Auteur Shot remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it under the licence described above. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Payments and delivery

Payments are processed through third party platforms such as Payhip, PayPal or Gumroad.

Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to their downloaded files.

Refunds

Because Auteur Shot products are digital files delivered for immediate access and permanent use, purchases are generally non refundable once the digital content has been made available or downloaded.

If you receive the wrong product, a corrupted file, or encounter a technical problem that prevents you from accessing what you purchased, contact: [email protected]

We will attempt to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Canva templates

Some products include access to editable Canva templates.

A Canva account may be required to access or edit those files.

Auteur Shot is not affiliated with Canva and cannot guarantee the continued availability or functionality of third party platforms.

Product compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to describe product formats and requirements accurately.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have compatible software or services required to use the product.

No guaranteed results

Auteur Shot products provide methods, frameworks and tools intended to support creative and professional work.

Purchasing or using a product does not guarantee project approval, financing, employment, commercial success or any specific professional result.

Changes to products

Auteur Shot may update or improve products over time.

A purchase does not necessarily include all future versions, additional products or expansions unless explicitly stated.

Website availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website at any time.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by hosting providers, payment services or other third party systems.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Auteur Shot's operation from Argentina, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the purchaser's jurisdiction.
